Neil is a cute little charmer on the peninsula, cooking up simple breakfasts like poached eggs with lemon butter beans, or crêpes with burnt orange butter and poached pears. It all feels light and bright and zesty, with Middle Eastern flavours. If the sun is shining, you should con- sider taking a seat in the colourful courtyard out the back. You can also pick up some deli items with your morning coffee — pickles and hot sauce, or peanut butter and specialty chocolate — and if you come back later in the day on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, Neil transforms into a bistro/wine bar till late.
