At the back of the Elliott Stables food court lies a bustling beehive of activity, Jungle 8, an extremely efficient and well-organised urban escape. There you can enjoy Vietnamese plates and -inspired drinks that are around $8.88 each. Order just a few dishes, or many more for a bigger group — they make it easy to try a wide range of tasty bites within the space of one dinner. Our favourites are the powerful mini packages found in the pork cheek bánh mì, and the xôi mặn with melt-in-your-mouth pork belly paired with comforting sticky rice.
