Exhibition Openings at Te Uru Waitakere Contemporary Gallery
Two exhibitions will open this Saturday. ‘twenty-four-seven takes its title from Jonathon Crary’s book ‘24/7: Late Capitalism and the Ends of Sleep’ and considers the relationship between labour, time and round-the-clock networks. Meanwhile, Moana Currents: Dressing Aotearoa Now uses work from both emerging and established designers to pull together various threads from across the Moana (Pacific Ocean) to tell the story of our identity in Aotearoa today.
